While Remote Online Notarization (RON) technology enables us to serve clients and witnesses globally — regardless of the client’s physical location — Florida law mandates that the Florida Notary Public be physically located within the geographical boundaries of the State of Florida at the time the notarial act is performed.

Non-refundable terms. If you fail the biometric, KBA (Knowledge-Based Authentication), or identity verification, the Platform / Processing fee is non-refundable. For RON and in-person services, failure to appear for your scheduled appointment at the scheduled time renders the full amount non-refundable.
