2. Designated Service Divisions & Geographic Scope

TriTrust Legacy Enterprises Inc. operates through distinct service divisions and one supplemental administrative service offering. The specific geographic scope, regulatory frameworks, and limitations for each are as follows:

Division I — TTLE Global AuthenticationSM · Document Integrity & Legal Certainty (Registered Class 45 Service)

  • Geographic Scope: Worldwide via Remote Online Notarization (RON) for documents with a United States legal nexus, wherever legally permissible. All U.S. states and territories served. Physical mobile notary services available strictly within designated Florida service regions.
  • Statutory Authority: Our principal Notary Public holds an active commission issued by the State of Florida. All notarial acts, including RON, are performed under Florida law and governed by Florida Statutes Chapter 117.
  • Physical Location of Notary: For all RON, the Notary Public is physically located in Florida at the precise time of the notarial act, in strict compliance with Chapter 117, Part II, Florida Statutes. The signer may be located anywhere in the world, subject to the legal permissibility of RON in the receiving jurisdiction.
  • Technology & Security: Identity verification — including Knowledge-Based Authentication (KBA) and Credential Analysis — is performed exclusively by BlueNotary, our state-approved and MISMO-certified RON platform provider. The platform operates with AES 256-bit encryption at rest, TLS 1.2+ in transit, SOC 2 alignment, HIPAA technical safeguards, and IdenTrust X.509 tamper-evident sealing. TTLE does not collect, store, or control identity-verification or session data.
  • International Use & Apostille: For documents destined for foreign use, TTLE facilitates authentication via the Hague Apostille Convention where applicable. The Corporation certifies only the authenticity of the signature and the capacity of the signer; it does not certify document content and makes no warranty regarding foreign acceptance of Florida RON-notarized documents.
  • Client Responsibility & Limitations: It is the Client’s sole responsibility to confirm acceptance by the receiving authority prior to scheduling. A Notary Public is not an attorney and cannot give legal advice. TTLE verifies signer identity and witnesses the act of signing only, and is not liable for outages caused by BlueNotary or any third-party platform.

Division II — TTLE Executive VanguardSM · C-Suite Advisory & Strategic Leadership (Non-Class 45 Service)

  • Limitations: Not a law firm; no service constitutes legal, tax, securities, or financial advice. All strategic content is proprietary advisory information for informational and business-planning purposes only. Coaching and mentorship do not constitute psychological counseling or medical advice, and do not create a fiduciary relationship.

Division III — TTLE Private Client SolemnizationSM · Ceremonial Authority (Registered Class 45 Service)

  • Geographic Scope: Worldwide (destination weddings, sacramental rites, and definitive life milestones), delivered by Florida personnel or via authorized travel.
  • Regulatory Status: Our principal officiant is legally ordained, holds a Doctor of Divinity (h.c.) and appropriate ministerial credentials, and also holds an active Florida Notary Public commission.
  • Legal Validity of Marriage: Validity is governed exclusively by the laws of the jurisdiction where the ceremony is physically performed. TTLE makes no representation of recognition in any jurisdiction. It is the couple’s sole responsibility to obtain a valid Marriage License where required.
  • Non-Legal Advice: Nothing in our officiant, coaching, or ceremonial services constitutes legal advice. All coaching and premarital advisory services are delivered through The Legacy Foundation ProgramSM, a proprietary methodology powered by TTLE Private Client SolemnizationSM.

Supplemental Service — POA Agent Administrative Support (Non-Fiduciary, Ancillary)

  • Geographic Restriction: Limited to the States of Florida and Ohio only.
  • Core Scope: Strictly administrative and ministerial support to Agents acting under a validly executed Power of Attorney — document organization and assembly, scheduling of notarial appointments, document handling and secure digital transmission at the Client’s written direction, and administrative coordination with third-party institutions as directed in writing.
  • TriTrust Legacy Enterprises Inc. is not the fiduciary. The Corporation does not act as attorney-in-fact, agent, fiduciary, trustee, or legal representative. It shall not draft, modify, interpret, or advise on any Power of Attorney; make decisions regarding its use; or hold, manage, or disburse client funds or assets.

3. Fintech Operations & Payment Compliance

TriTrust Legacy Enterprises Inc. operates through authorized financial technology (fintech) banking and payment platforms — regulated fintech institutions, digital banking providers, and multi-currency payment rails — to facilitate payment processing, business banking, and vendor disbursements.

The Corporation is authorized to accept payments from clients located in the United States and internationally in accordance with applicable U.S. banking regulations, FinCEN guidance, Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) requirements, and applicable international financial compliance standards. Multi-currency transactions involving U.S. Dollars (USD) and British Pounds Sterling (GBP) are supported. No fiduciary, custodial, or trust relationship is created by any payment transaction. An itemized invoice is issued prior to all services, and payment in full is required before commencement of any service mandate.

4. Client Responsibility & Truth in Reporting

The integrity of our operational output relies entirely on the integrity of your input.

  • Reliance on Client Data: All services are based entirely on the information, declarations, and documentation submitted by the Client.
  • Client Duty: The Client maintains complete responsibility for the accuracy, truthfulness, completeness, and legality of all information provided, and represents that all submitted information is accurate, complete, and legally obtained.
  • No Independent Verification: Except as required by applicable law (such as KBA and Credential Analysis for RON signers, performed exclusively by BlueNotary), TTLE disclaims any obligation to perform independent verification, forensic investigation, or background checks on client-provided facts.

5. Liability Disclaimers & Limitations

To the fullest extent permitted by Florida, Ohio, and applicable federal and international law:

  • “As Is” Basis: All services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
  • Platform Availability: TTLE is not liable for technical outages or interruptions caused by BlueNotary, Wix, fintech payment platforms, or any third-party platform; we will make commercially reasonable efforts to reschedule or provide an alternative.
  • Liability Cap: Any direct liability is strictly limited to the professional fees paid for the specific mandate during the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in this cap limits liability of the commissioned Notary Public arising under Chapter 117 of the Florida Statutes or the associated notary bond.
  • Exclusions: Nothing shall limit liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or gross negligence to the extent such limitation is prohibited by law.

6. Unauthorized Practice of Law (UPL) Compliance

  • Florida: Governing Statute — Fla. Stat. Chapter 454. Any client requiring legal advice, document preparation, or representation must consult a Florida-licensed attorney. Our services are strictly ministerial, administrative, and strategic.
  • Ohio: Governing Statute — Ohio Revised Code § 4705.07. Clients with Ohio-related matters must obtain independent counsel from an attorney licensed by the Supreme Court of Ohio.
  • All Other Jurisdictions: The provision of ministerial notary, administrative, ceremonial, and coaching services does not constitute the practice of law in any jurisdiction.

7. Anti-Discrimination Commitment

TriTrust Legacy Enterprises Inc. is committed to delivering all services without discrimination on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, religion, pregnancy, or any other protected characteristic, in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Florida Civil Rights Act of 1992, Ohio Revised Code Chapter 4112, and all applicable anti-discrimination statutes. Notarial services are provided to the general public without bias or exclusivity, in strict compliance with Florida Statutes Chapter 117.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

TriTrust Legacy Enterprises Inc.  ·  Effective January 24, 2026  ·  Last Reviewed: July 2026

1. General Policy Statement

TriTrust Legacy Enterprises Inc. (“TTLE,” “The Company,” “We,” “Us”) is committed to professional excellence, transparency, and the highest standard of service delivery. As a professional services corporation, TTLE’s primary deliverables are time, expertise, licensed commission authority, and professional execution. The value of our services is expended at the moment of performance, regardless of outcomes determined by external parties, platforms, or jurisdictions.

Accordingly, and subject to the service-specific terms below, all fees for services rendered by TTLE are non-refundable upon completion of the applicable service. The fact that a third party — including a receiving institution, foreign jurisdiction, government authority, lender, or any other entity — declines to accept, record, or act upon a document that was properly and lawfully executed by TTLE does not constitute grounds for a refund of TTLE’s service fees.

This Policy applies to all service engagements across TTLE’s divisions. In the event of any conflict between this Policy and a fully executed service agreement, the terms of the executed service agreement shall control.

2. Service-Specific Refund & Cancellation Terms

A. TTLE Global AuthenticationSM — Notary Public & RON Services

Completed Notarial Acts. Once a notarial act has been performed and the official or electronic digital seal applied, the service is deemed complete and all associated fees are 100% non-refundable — for both in-person notarizations and RON performed under Florida Statutes Chapter 117.

Travel Fees (In-Person Mobile Notary). Travel fees compensate the commissioned Notary Public for time, mileage, and operational costs, and are non-refundable in all circumstances — including where the Notary arrives but the signing cannot proceed due to a Client-side deficiency (e.g., failure to present valid ID, apparent duress, refusal to proceed, or incomplete documentation).

RON Session — Technical Failure Provisions. If a session cannot be completed due to failed Knowledge-Based Authentication (KBA)/Credential Analysis or Client-side technical issues, a non-refundable administrative fee of $25.00 USD is retained; any remaining balance may be applied to a rescheduled session at TTLE’s discretion. If the failure is attributable solely to TTLE’s systems or the RON platform provider (BlueNotary), the Client receives a full refund or a complimentary rescheduled session at their election.

Cancellation Terms. In-Person/Mobile Notary: cancellations received at least two (2) hours prior to the confirmed appointment receive a full refund of service fees (excluding travel fees). RON: cancellations received at least two (2) hours prior to session activation receive a full refund. Cancellations received later are non-refundable. All cancellations must be submitted in writing to Admin@TriTrustLegacy.com; verbal cancellations are not accepted.

B. POA Administrative Support Services — Non-Fiduciary

All fees for administrative, ministerial, bookkeeping, organizational, and correspondence-management tasks that have been performed are non-refundable upon completion. Unused prepaid hours or task credits, if any, may be refunded on a pro-rated basis upon written request, provided no active work orders are pending.

C. TTLE Private Client SolemnizationSM — Wedding & Ceremonial Officiant Services

Non-Refundable Retainer. A non-refundable retainer of no less than fifty percent (50%) of the total service investment is required to reserve the Company for the Client’s event date, earned immediately upon receipt and non-refundable under all circumstances.

Cancellation Terms. With 30 or more days’ notice: the Client is not responsible for any remaining unpaid balance beyond the retainer already paid (the retainer is not returned). With fewer than 30 days’ notice: the full contract amount becomes immediately due and payable in its entirety and is non-refundable.

Rescheduling. Accommodated at TTLE’s sole discretion and subject to availability; a rescheduling fee may apply, and the non-refundable retainer is applied to the rescheduled event.

D. TTLE Executive VanguardSM — Coaching, Advisory & Keynote Speaking Services

Keynote Speaking & Event Engagements. Non-refundable once services have commenced. Cancellations received sixty (60) or more days prior to the event receive a full refund; fewer than sixty (60) days is non-refundable in its entirety.

Executive Coaching Packages. Non-refundable once sessions have commenced. Unused, unscheduled sessions may be refunded pro-rata upon written request for early termination, minus a twenty-five percent (25%) early-termination fee. No refund is issued for sessions scheduled but not attended without at least forty-eight (48) hours’ prior written notice.

Executive Advisory Retainers. Non-refundable once the retainer period has commenced; unused advisory time does not carry over unless expressly agreed in writing.

3. Force Majeure

In the event TTLE is unable to perform a scheduled service due to a Force Majeure Event — including acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, declared public health emergencies, government-mandated restrictions, acts of war or terrorism, cyberattacks, or utility disruptions — TTLE shall provide the Client with either a full refund of fees paid for the unperformed service or a complimentary rescheduling at the Client’s election. Force Majeure does not affect the non-refundable nature of retainers or travel fees already earned.

4. Payment Disputes & Chargeback Policy

Mandatory Internal Resolution. As a material condition of purchasing services, the Client expressly agrees that, prior to initiating any formal dispute, chargeback, or payment reversal request with any bank or card issuer, the Client must first provide TTLE with written notice of the specific billing concern.

Submission & Review. All billing inquiries must be submitted in writing to Admin@TriTrustLegacy.com with the subject line BILLING DISPUTE — [Client Name]. TTLE will acknowledge the dispute within five (5) business days and provide a substantive response or resolution offer within ten (10) business days. Completion of this internal review process is a condition precedent to initiating any third-party dispute or chargeback.

If the Client initiates a chargeback without first allowing TTLE the opportunity to resolve the issue, such action is deemed a material procedural breach of the service agreement. In that event, TTLE reserves the right to: submit the signed service agreement and evidence of non-compliance to the card issuer as evidence the dispute is procedurally invalid and premature (Representment); pursue recovery of the full disputed amount plus administrative, collection, and attorney’s fees to the extent permitted by Florida law (Debt Recovery); and, where a valid debt remains unpaid, report the delinquency to credit reporting agencies to the fullest extent permitted by the Fair Credit Reporting Act and applicable state law (Credit Reporting).

Nothing in this section limits the Client’s statutory rights under the Fair Credit Billing Act (FCBA) or other applicable consumer protection laws; however, the Client acknowledges that the internal resolution procedure is a binding contractual obligation intended to facilitate the amicable resolution of disputes prior to the escalation of adversarial proceedings.

5. How to Request a Refund

All refund requests must be submitted in writing; verbal requests are not accepted. Email Admin@TriTrustLegacy.com with the subject line REFUND REQUEST — [SERVICE TYPE], including Client name, date of service, invoice number (if applicable), description of the service, and the basis for the request.

TTLE will acknowledge all refund requests within two (2) business days and provide a determination within ten (10) business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within five (5) to ten (10) business days of approval, subject to the applicable payment platform’s timelines.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

  • Good-Faith Negotiation: Parties shall first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notice.
  • Mandatory Mediation: If unresolved, the dispute shall be submitted to mandatory mediation prior to any litigation, which may include the Better Business Bureau (BBB) Dispute Resolution program or a mediation center in Walton County, Florida. Mediation is a condition precedent to any legal filing.
  • Venue: Any unresolved legal action shall be brought exclusively in the state courts of Walton County, Florida. The prevailing party is entitled to reasonable attorney’s fees and court costs.

7. Policy Updates

This Policy is reviewed no less than annually and updated whenever material changes occur to TTLE’s service offerings, applicable law, or business operations. The most current version is available at www.TriTrustLegacy.com. Continued use of TTLE services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.

Frequently Asked Questions

The Standard of Excellence  ·  TriTrust Legacy Enterprises Inc.  ·  Last Reviewed: July 2026

How does TriTrust Legacy Enterprises ensure global compliance for its services?

Absolute Authority. Multi-Jurisdictional Precision. TriTrust Legacy Enterprises operates at the highest echelon of regulatory compliance, utilizing a rigorous, multi-jurisdictional governance framework to ensure every professional service and remote execution adheres to applicable international, federal, and state legal standards.

Our Remote Online Notarization (RON) and Signing Agent portfolio is anchored in Florida Statutes Chapter 117, Part II, supported by the E-SIGN Act and the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA). Florida RON notarizations are recognized in states that accept out-of-state remote online notarizations; because recognition and recording requirements vary, it is the Client's responsibility to confirm that a Florida RON document will be accepted by the intended receiving authority.

For international clientele, executed digital documents may be authenticated for foreign use via the Hague Apostille Convention of 1961 where applicable. Our operations exclusively leverage a state-approved, MISMO-certified RON platform (BlueNotary), with AES 256-bit encryption at rest, TLS 1.2+ in transit, SOC 2 alignment, HIPAA technical safeguards, and IdenTrust X.509 digital certificate sealing.

What is the specific benefit of your Zero-Custody administrative model?

The Zero-Custody Model guarantees security by strictly separating administrative stewardship from direct asset control. This eliminates conflicts of interest and ensures our guidance remains purely objective and professional. At no time does TTLE hold, title, or control client funds, securities, or property.

Are specialized ceremonies curated by your ordained officiants?

Yes. Our ordained officiants craft bespoke ceremonial experiences that prioritize dignity, professional distinction, and cultural relevance, tailored to the unique legacy of the individuals involved.

How does Leadership Consulting support global executive expansion?

We leverage forensic precision and visionary strategy to help executives scale their influence, bridging the gap between traditional values and modern execution. Our advisory content is provided for informational and business-planning purposes and does not constitute legal, tax, or financial advice.

What logistical coordination is provided for Power of Attorney agents?

Our firm provides strictly administrative and ministerial logistics — organization, scheduling, record-keeping, and directed coordination — to support Agents acting under a validly executed Power of Attorney. TTLE is not the fiduciary and does not act as attorney-in-fact. This ancillary support service is available in the States of Florida and Ohio only.

Is TriTrust Legacy Enterprises a legal or financial advisory firm?

No. TTLE is a professional services firm focused on administrative, ministerial, ceremonial, and consulting support. We do not provide legal or tax advice, and we operate under a Zero-Custody Model that does not involve holding client assets.

What is the core mandate of TriTrust Legacy Enterprises (TTLE)?

TriTrust Legacy Enterprises is a premier professional services firm defining the intersection of executive strategy, precision, and dignified stewardship. We engineer enduring value and orchestrate bespoke solutions for those who demand world-class integrity.

Who does TTLE partner with?

We serve an elite and diverse spectrum of clients: private individuals and families securing their legacies, high-growth corporate enterprises, small businesses, nonprofits, and U.S. Federal, State, and Local government entities requiring regulatory compliance and leadership strategy. In a marketplace defined by volume, we prioritize the value and gravity of every partnership.

What is the geographic scope of your Notary and Signing Agent services?

Global Reach. Florida-Anchored Execution. We provide Mobile Notary services directly to clients within designated regions of the State of Florida. Our Remote Online Notarization (RON) and Signing Agent services are accessible worldwide for documents with a U.S. legal nexus — with all remote transactions conducted by our vetted, background-checked, commissioned, and bonded notaries who are physically located in Florida at the time of the notarial act.

How does TTLE ensure the security of Remote Online Notarizations (RON)?

We strictly utilize a state-approved, MISMO-certified platform (BlueNotary). Security is provided through AES 256-bit encryption at rest, TLS 1.2+ in transit, SOC 2 alignment, HIPAA technical safeguards, and IdenTrust X.509 (PKI) digital certificate sealing, ensuring every finalized document is tamper-evident. Signer identity is verified through a two-point process comprising Credential Analysis and Knowledge-Based Authentication (KBA).

Will TTLE travel for destination weddings, ceremonies, or on-site executive consulting?

Yes. Our operational footprint is global. We travel locally, nationally, and internationally to deliver our services on-site — whether orchestrating a destination wedding, delivering dignified ceremonial governance, or providing embedded executive consulting — subject to engagement terms and applicable travel arrangements.

What is “Professional Ministerial Stewardship” for Power of Attorney (POA) Agents?

Acting as a Power of Attorney carries immense fiduciary, legal, and operational weight for the Agent. Under our Strategic Infrastructure portfolio, we provide ministerial stewardship and facilitation support — the structural support and reliable execution that help an Agent carry out their duties with precision and dignified care. TTLE itself is not the fiduciary and does not exercise the Agent's authority. This support service is available in the States of Florida and Ohio only.

What sets TTLE's Executive Consulting and Leadership Coaching apart?

Our advisory services are forged in high-stakes governance. Guided by our Founder & CEO, Charles F. Scherer, D.D. (h.c.) — a global institutional strategist whose public-sector leadership included command of budgets approaching half a billion dollars — our Executive Influence portfolio delivers legacy architecture, crisis leadership, and agile strategy informed by senior institutional practice. Advisory content is provided for informational and business-planning purposes and does not constitute legal, tax, or financial advice.

Does TTLE offer specialized pricing for U.S. military or first responders?

Yes. As a firm anchored in institutional integrity and public-sector rigor, we honor those who serve. We offer Valor Appreciation Preferred Pricing — a dedicated benefit program for uniformed services, first responders, and frontline public service professionals.
